Understanding your dashboard
The FilterWise dashboard is your command center for managing property search filters. This guide explains every section and how to use it effectively.
Dashboard Home
When you log in, you land on the Dashboard Home page. It provides:
Stat cards at the top showing:
- Total emails received today
- Listings checked today (and your daily limit)
- Matches found today
- Credits remaining
Below that, you'll see your filters — each one displayed as a card with its name, type (email or scan), and recent activity.
Getting Started Guide
New users see a Getting Started guide on their first login. This interactive wizard walks you through:
- Choosing your language for the interface and notifications
- Selecting your input method — email alerts or website browsing
- Writing your first instructions with examples and templates
- Adding your first source — either configuring email forwarding or pasting a search URL
You can dismiss the guide at any time and access it again from the Dashboard Home page.
Filter Checklist
Each filter shows a setup checklist in the top corner. This tracks whether you've completed the essential setup steps:
- ✏️ Write your filter instructions
- 📥 Add a source (email forwarding or URL)
- 🧪 Test with a real listing
- 📧 Set your output email
The checklist is a quick visual indicator — green checkmarks show completed steps, helping you identify any missing configuration.
