Email forwarding: Redirect your property alert emails from any portal (Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket, Idealista, etc.) to your unique FilterWise email address. You keep your existing alerts — FilterWise simply sits between the portal and your inbox.

Website monitoring: Add URLs of real estate search result pages. FilterWise automatically scans them daily, extracting new listings for analysis.
Step 2: Write your AI filter instructions
This is where FilterWise's power shines. Instead of clicking dropdowns, you describe your ideal property in plain language:
"Forward listings where price per m² is below £5,000 AND there's a balcony or terrace AND not ground floor AND the street appears quiet. Also forward if the cash flow would be positive assuming I rent each bedroom at £500/month and finance with a 25-year loan at 3.3%."
The AI understands complex logic, calculations, and trade-offs. It has access to all data from the listing email AND the property page itself (scanned automatically).
Step 3: Receive only matches
Listings that pass your filter are forwarded to your personal email. No noise, no manual review, no missed opportunities. You can also browse all analyzed listings in your FilterWise dashboard, where each one shows the AI's reasoning — which criteria matched, which didn't, and why.
Key Concepts
Filters: A filter is a complete filter — it has an input (email address or websites), a filter instructions, and an output (where matches go). You can create multiple filters for different searches (e.g., one for your personal home, one for investment properties).
Analysis credits: Each listing analysis counts toward your daily limit (determined by your plan). When you exceed it, you can use pre-purchased credits to continue. Credits never expire.
Include when unsure: When the AI can't definitively assess a criterion (e.g., the listing doesn't mention floor level), this setting controls whether the listing is forwarded anyway or rejected.
