What's the Difference Between Simple and Pro?
Both plans let you choose the same volume tiers (50, 100, 250, 500, 1,000, or 2,000 listings/day). The key differences are:
- Instructions word limit: Simple gives you 500 words — enough for most searches. Pro gives you 2,000 words — ideal for complex investment calculations with multiple formula definitions.
- Filters: Simple allows up to 5 filters. Pro is unlimited.
- Retention: Simple keeps data for 20 days. Pro for 60 days.
Free Plan
The Free plan is designed for testing FilterWise and light usage:
- 10 listings checked per day: Enough to test an email or two, or scan a source
- 100-word instructions: Covers 3-5 basic criteria
- 2 filters: One email filter and one scanning filter, for example
- 10-day retention: Older data is automatically deleted
Inactivity pause: If you don't log in for 5 consecutive days, your filters are automatically paused. This prevents wasting analysis quota on inactive accounts. Simply log in and click "Activate" to reactivate.

How Daily Limits Work
What Counts as an Analysis
Each unique listing analyzed counts as one analysis toward your daily limit:
- One email containing 5 listing URLs = 5 analyses
- One source scan finding 10 new listings = 10 analyses
- Re-analyzing a listing = 1 analysis
What does NOT count:
- Receiving an email (only analyzing its listings counts)
- Viewing your dashboard
- Changing your settings
- Sharing or resending listings
Daily Reset
Your daily analysis counter resets at midnight UTC every day. After reset, you have your full daily quota available again.
What Happens at the Limit
When you reach your daily analysis limit:
- New emails: Received but marked as "Skipped — Limit reached." They're stored and can be retryed later.
- New scan results: Listings are extracted but not analyzed. They'll be analyzed when quota is available.
- Manual re-analysis: The "Re-analyze" button shows a "Limit reached" message.
You have two options to continue:
- Wait: Your quota resets at midnight UTC
- Use credits: Purchase analysis credits that work immediately
Credits
Credits provide a way to exceed your daily limit without upgrading your plan:
- Price: $1 per 100 credits (€0.90 per 100 in EUR)
- Expiry: Credits never expire
- Usage: Each listing analysis beyond your daily limit costs 1 credit
- Availability: Credits can be purchased on any paid plan (Simple or Pro)
See Purchasing credits for details.
