Sharing and resending listings

FilterWise lets you share analyzed listings with others and resend matched listings to your email. This guide covers all sharing and resending features.

Sharing a Listing Analysis

Every analyzed listing can be shared via a public link. This link shows the listing's AI analysis — the conditions table, extracted values, and overall verdict — without requiring the recipient to have a FilterWise account.

How to Share

  1. Click a listing in your Listings page to open the detail panel
  2. Click the Share button
  3. A public link is copied to your clipboard
  4. Send this link to anyone via email, messaging, or social media

The public link shows:

  • The listing title and URL
  • The AI analysis results (conditions table with match/no-match for each criterion)
  • A link to the original listing on the portal

What is NOT shared:

  • Your filter instructions (your criteria remain private)
  • Your account information
  • Other listings in your dashboard

Use Cases for Sharing

  • Share with your partner: When house-hunting together, share interesting matches so both of you can review the AI's analysis
  • Share with your agent: Show agents exactly what criteria you're using to evaluate properties
  • Share with an advisor: Let financial advisors see the cash flow or yield calculations the AI performed
  • Save for later: Bookmark the public link to review a listing offline

Resending a Listing

If you want to receive a matched listing's email notification again — perhaps you accidentally deleted it, or you want to forward it to a different email address — you can resend it.

How to Resend

  1. Click a matched listing in your Listings page
  2. Click the Resend button in the detail panel
  3. The listing is re-sent to your filter's output email

Note: Resending works only for listings that matched your criteria. You can't resend a "No Match" listing (since the forwarding email template is designed for matches).

When to Resend

  • You accidentally deleted the notification email from your inbox
  • You want to bring a listing back to your attention
  • You changed your output email and want to receive previous matches at the new address
  • You want to share a match with someone who has access to your output email inbox

Re-Analyzing a Listing

Different from resending, re-analyzing runs the AI filter on the listing again with your current instructions and fresh scanned data.

How to Re-Analyze

  1. Click any listing (matched or not) in the detail panel
  2. Click Re-analyze
  3. Confirm the action

Why re-analyze?

  • You've updated your filter instructions and want to see if previously rejected listings now match
  • The listing page was updated (price reduction, new photos) and you want a fresh analysis
  • The initial analysis was based on limited data (scanning failed) and you want to try again

Important: Re-analyzing counts toward your daily analysis limit and may consume credits.

Copying Listing Information

Copy Name

Click Copy name to copy the listing's title to your clipboard. Useful when:

  • Discussing properties with your partner or agent
  • Adding properties to a personal tracking spreadsheet
  • Searching for the same listing on other portals

Copy URL

The listing's original URL is always available. Click the listing URL in the detail panel to open it in a new tab, or right-click to copy.

Deleting Listings

You can delete individual listings from your dashboard:

  1. Open the listing detail panel
  2. Click Delete
  3. Confirm the action

Deleted listings cannot be recovered. The original listing remains on the portal — only your FilterWise record is removed.

Bulk Actions

Currently, sharing, resending, and deleting are performed one listing at a time. For managing large numbers of listings, use the filter and search tools to find specific ones quickly.
