Browsing and searching your listings

The Listings page in your FilterWise dashboard shows every property listing that has been extracted and analyzed across all your filters. This guide explains how to navigate, filter, and search through your listings effectively.

Accessing the Listings Page

Click Listings in the dashboard sidebar. The page displays all unique property listings, newest first.

Understanding the Listing List

Each listing row shows:

  • Title or URL: The property's title (if available) or the listing URL
  • Source indicator: Whether it came from an email or a web scan
  • Match status: A colored badge showing Match (green), No Match (red), or Pending (gray)
  • Forwarded indicator: Whether the listing was emailed to your output address
  • Date: When the listing was first received

Filtering Listings

Use the filter tabs at the top of the page:

  • All: Every listing regardless of status
  • Matches: Only listings that passed your AI filter
  • No Match: Listings that were analyzed but didn't meet your criteria
  • Pending: Listings still waiting to be analyzed

Searching

The search bar lets you find listings by:

  • Property title
  • URL or domain name
  • Any text that appears in the listing data

Type your search term and results update instantly.

Infinite Scroll

Listings load in batches as you scroll down. This keeps the page responsive even with thousands of listings. As you reach the bottom of the current batch, the next batch loads automatically.

When there are no more listings to load, you'll see a "No more listings" message.

The Detail Panel

Click any listing to open the detail panel on the right side. The detail panel shows:

Property Information

  • Title: Property title from the listing
  • URL: Link to the original listing page (click to open in a new tab)
  • Source: Which filter and input (email/scan) produced this listing
  • Date: When it was received and processed

AI Analysis Results

The most important section. It shows:

  • Overall verdict: Match or No Match
  • Conditions table: Each criterion from your instructions with:
    • The criterion text
    • The value the AI extracted from the listing
    • Whether it matched (✅), didn't match (❌), or was uncertain (❓)
  • AI reasoning: A summary explaining the AI's decision

Actions

  • View listing: Open the original listing page in a new tab
  • Resend: Forward this listing to your output email again
  • Share: Generate a public link to the listing's analysis
  • Re-analyze: Re-run the AI analysis (useful after updating your instructions)
  • Copy name: Copy the property title to clipboard
  • Delete: Remove this listing from your dashboard

Stat Cards

At the top of the Listings page, you'll see stat cards showing:

  • Total listings: How many listings have been processed
  • Match rate: Percentage of listings that matched your criteria
  • Forwarded: How many matched listings were emailed to you

These stats help you gauge whether your instructions is too strict (very low match rate) or too loose (very high match rate). A typical match rate is 5-20%.

Tips for Effective Browsing

  1. Review rejected listings periodically: You might find that your instructions is too strict on certain criteria. The AI's reasoning tells you exactly why each listing was rejected.

  2. Use search to find specific properties: If you remember part of a listing's title or the portal it came from, search for it instead of scrolling.

  3. Check pending listings: If you see many listings stuck in "Pending", your daily analysis limit may have been reached.

  4. Monitor your match rate: If it drops suddenly, something may have changed — a portal might have updated their listing format, or your instructions might need adjustment.

Data Retention

Listings are retained based on your plan:

  • Free: 10 days
  • Simple: 20 days
  • Pro: 60 days

A notice at the bottom of the page shows your retention period.
