What you can do with a listing

Open a listing from your list: the detail panel holds more than the listing's text.

The photos

Click a photo to open it full screen. Then:

  • the left or right half of the screen walks the gallery, including when you click on the photo itself;
  • the arrow keys do the same;
  • the × at the top right, or Escape, closes it.

If a photo refuses to load — some agency sites block their images from being displayed elsewhere — FilterWise says so and offers to open it directly.

The map

When the listing gives a usable location, a map places it. It comes from the address the listing published: a property advertised by neighbourhood rather than by street will be placed approximately.

Your notes

Every listing has a personal notes field: your impression after a viewing, the question to ask the agency, a negotiated price. Notes save themselves and are not shared by the listing's public link.

Re-analyze

Re-analyze runs the AI over this listing again with your current instructions and fresh data. That is what to do after changing your criteria, or on a failed listing. Each re-analysis counts toward your daily limit.

Sharing

A listing's public link opens without an account — see Public listing links.
