Understanding listing statuses

Every listing in your FilterWise dashboard has a status. This guide explains each one.

Status Reference

Matched ✅

The listing passed all your filter criteria and was forwarded (depending on how to receive matches).

No Match ❌

The listing was analyzed but didn't meet your criteria. Click it to see which criterion failed.

Pending ⏳

The listing was extracted but hasn't been analyzed yet — either processing is ongoing or your daily limit was reached.

Processing ⚙️

The listing is actively being scanned and analyzed. Wait a few moments.

Error ❌

Something went wrong (page removed, portal unavailable, temporary issue). Try Re-analyze.

Permanently Failed 🚫

The page could not be read after every retry — the listing was removed, the site serves something else at that address, or its anti-bot wall never let us through. This one does not retry on its own; Re-analyze is the way to give it another go.

On duplicates: a listing already in your account is never created a second time, so "duplicate" is not a status you will see — the row you are looking at is the original.

Limit Reached 📊

Your daily analysis limit was reached. Purchase credits or wait for the daily reset.

Re-Analyzing

Click any listing → Re-analyze to retry with your current instructions and fresh data. Counts toward your daily limit.
