Sharing a filter

Sharing a listing sends one page. Sharing a filter gives access to everything it finds — useful when two of you are searching, or when a buying agent follows a search for you.

How

Open the filter, then Share in its actions. FilterWise creates a link showing the listings that filter keeps, without giving access to your account.

What they see

  • the listings matching your criteria, with the AI's reasoning;
  • what the filter is looking for.

What they do not

  • your other filters, your emails, your subscription;
  • your personal notes on listings;
  • your output email address.

Worth knowing

  • The link stays valid as long as the filter exists.
  • Listings follow your plan's retention period: past it they leave the link exactly as they leave your dashboard.
  • Sharing costs nothing — a visit triggers no extra analysis.
