Purchasing and using analysis credits
Analysis credits let you go beyond your daily listing analysis limit without upgrading your plan. This guide explains how credits work, how to purchase them, and when they're consumed.
What Are Credits?
Credits are a pay-as-you-go mechanism for analyzing additional listings beyond your plan's daily limit. Think of them as a buffer for days when you receive more listings than usual.
- 1 credit = 1 additional listing analysis
- Price: $1 per 100 credits
- Credits never expire
How Credits Work
Credits are consumed automatically when your daily limit is exceeded:
- You receive listing emails or trigger scans throughout the day
- Each listing analysis counts toward your daily limit
- When you hit your daily limit, credits kick in automatically
- Each additional analysis costs 1 credit
- If you have no credits remaining, new listings are queued until the next day
Example: You're on the Simple plan with 100 listings/day. Today you receive 130 listings:
- Listings 1-100: Covered by your plan (no credits used)
- Listings 101-130: 30 credits consumed automatically
Purchasing Credits
Requirements
Credits are available on paid plans (Simple and Pro). Free plan users must upgrade to purchase credits.
How to Purchase
- Go to Subscription in the dashboard sidebar
- Find the Analysis Credits section
- Click Buy 100 credits — $1
- Complete the payment through the secure checkout
- Credits are added to your account immediately
You can purchase credits multiple times — there's no maximum balance.

Credits are purchased through the same payment system as your subscription. If you have a card on file, the purchase is processed instantly.
Checking Your Credit Balance
Your current credit balance is visible in several places:
- Account page: In the usage statistics section
- Subscription page: In the credits section
- Dashboard stat cards: Shows credits remaining alongside your daily usage
When Credits Are Consumed
Credits are consumed in these situations:
- Email processing beyond daily limit: Each listing in an email beyond your quota costs 1 credit
- Scan results beyond daily limit: Each new listing from a scan beyond your daily analysis quota costs 1 credit
- Manual re-analysis beyond daily limit: Re-analyzing a listing when your daily limit is reached costs 1 credit
When Credits Are NOT Consumed
- Analyses within your daily plan limit (these are free)
- Viewing, sharing, or resending existing listings
- Changing your settings or instructions
Credit Expiry Policy
Credits never expire. Whether you use them tomorrow or six months from now, they remain in your account.
If you downgrade to the Free plan, your credits remain but cannot be used (credits require a paid plan). If you upgrade again, your credits become active again.
Tips for Managing Credits
-
Monitor your daily usage: Check the stat cards to see if you're approaching your limit regularly. If you consistently exceed it, consider upgrading your plan instead of relying on credits.
-
Refine your instructions: A more precise instructions means fewer false positives and fewer wasted analyses. Even though rejected listings still consume your quota, a good instructions ensures you're analyzing relevant listings.
-
Buy in advance: If you know you'll have a high-volume day (e.g., testing new websites), purchase credits beforehand.
