FilterWise is a SaaS application that analyzes email-based property listings against user-defined criteria and forwards matching results. The service is provided "as is" without guarantee of accuracy or completeness of the analysis.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
FilterWise offers free and paid subscription plans with varying daily listing limits. Paid users may purchase additional analysis credits. Credits never expire and are non-refundable. Prices are stated in USD and may be updated with 30 days' prior notice.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the applicable rate. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
We collect and process personal data (email address, forwarded emails) solely to provide the service. Data is stored securely and is not sold to third parties. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
All content, branding, and technology of FilterWise remain the exclusive property of Safireo. Users retain ownership of data they submit to the service.
The service is provided strictly "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Safireo does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or complete. You use the service at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Safireo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, goodwill, or anticipated savings, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent that liability cannot be fully excluded under mandatory applicable law, Safireo's total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the service shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the total amounts actually paid by the user to Safireo in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty euros (€50). This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Safireo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Safireo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without cause or prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. No refunds shall be granted for unused subscription periods or credits upon termination.
Safireo shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, power failures, internet disruptions, or third-party service outages.
Safireo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.
